All men are created equal ?
The world per se is not a uniform region. It is a vastly diverse and subtly integrated
collection of countries. Though the raised attitude of equity creates a positive image that,
to some extent, we are all endowed with treasurous resources. However such natural
assets are not allocated equally and aversely it is exhaustible. Some regions own million
barrels of mineral underneath while some count on their arid land. Whose false was that
to settle down in unpromising land ? The answer is no one's. The world is simply like
that; it is naturally unfair. There are some condolences stated that though you are
deprived of physical assets, you get the spiritual ones instead. In this material world, quite
often that the phrase is not applicable. Some families may consent with what they have
though the properties are seldom quench their basic needs. They are the minority of the
world. When the problem of poverty deals greatly with individual expectations , equity is
measured by objective standards intertwined with surrounding societal share. A pauper
may feel he is as rich as a prince but he has never be regarded as equal.

When the world by nature is injustice, the obligations fall to its dwellers to equate
the assets in a proper manner within their generation and beyond. For intrageneration
aspect, the terms poor countries, rich countries were used quite often. Inequity presents in
both groups however symptoms are more severe in the poor ones.

In third world where agricultural societies predominate, holdings of land are very
small in size among the farmers and the left are alloted within few per cent of the
population, who loan their land with high interest, thus deteriorating financial situation of
major farmers reducing their chances of better lives and equity in resources. Also many of
the land are marginal, but they are the only asset the farmers have unless they have to
appropriate the land in national park for temporary farming which also widely happened
in the out back. Urbanization clusters only in a few city normally the capital city of the
country or region. Out of these boundaries, less are distributed in terms of infrastructures,
health care, education, communication and so on

In Urban society, though major infrastructures are provided, the accessibility is,
rationally, not. In rich suburbs, facilities are self- contained though rich people can
acquire those by themselves where in contrast, poor suburbs have less to share while
they need government to lean on. The lack of infrastructure inhibits the productive
capacity of people, and reduces access to basic services of health, education and the
public distribution system. This burden is disproportionately borne by the poor, who
cannot afford the private alternatives, if they exist at all. Quite often that the unjust
distribution is based on political reason. There are strategies of population; poor folks
stuck with sub-world-class societies and small circles of poor friends. They get less
educated and lose opportunity in gainful careers. The life circle paces like that.
Sometimes scholarships are granted to poor children to cut the circle but if they take the
chance, they cannot work to feed the other lives in the family. Moreover the subsidies are
significantly limited and often stressed on the academically promising students. When
there is no food in the stomachs, no medication for their illness and eight hours a day are
devoted to toil job just to sustain daily needs, how come a poor student make promising
performance and thus the scholarships are awarded to other students whose
circumstances are more suitable to study, often the better off students. Many educational
or professional institutions per se have status barrier for financial background. The world
wide communication itself, though promoted as the common education accessible
equally throughout the world, is the present of unfair tradition when two-thirds of the
world's population has never made a telephone call, let alone accessed the Internet. The
situations can be worse in the countries where social status is stringent such as India.
Women right is obliterated and the lowest social status is treated with a totally unequal
manner. Not only can these people not be part of fair social participation, but they are not
permitted to be near when the proceedings are underway to boot. Not every citizen in
poor countries is poor, while millions are starving of the famine, some people in the cities
celebrate their holiday . When people in up country have to walk for ten miles to clean
water for food, people in city drive their fancy cars to the nearby swimming pool. Many of
the poor countries are not poor of resources , but equity.
