deforestation desertification, and etc. The concepts that utilizing resources in the way which

equity is maintain throughout generation in an indefinite time scale sounds much

impragmatic and a lot to deal with Ethic. For the people who are capable of fulfilling their

basic needs, such foresight is an excellent precaution to ensure their future and next

generations' well-being, whereas people whose well-being� is not met presently by any kind

of sufficient social indicators (basic needs, literacy, life expectancy, infant mortality rates

and life security), have to concern more on current survival. Unfortunately, they are the

majority of� this ruined planet.

Though in world summit and other conferences on sustainable development, the third

world' governments always participated in and delivered their beautiful speeches on how

much the governments care and prepare for the problems , little headway has been made,

mainly according to their feeble economic state. This problem was realized and the

participants declared their intentions to help.

�

Many strategies were applied but few could reach the bull's eye as funding were limited.

The third world countries themselves knew that neither can they depend on external subsidy

forever nor they� have enough budget to deal with waste while their resources are

conserved for future generation which may not exist if they starve and die today. There may

be some projects that are of small monetarily fueled. In poor countries, it is hard enough

survive one own life , thus number of volunteers who attend the social works is scarce. For

development programs, organizations need� workers with expertise and it will yield best

result if such professional volunteers are local people who realized problems in depth and

can communicate with the lower skilled workers or communities because in some countries

where hundreds of dialects are used in one region, communication can be a huge problem

for foreign experts. Local people who got good education and have professional career tend

to migrate to a better place, to developed country for in stance, rather than working to

improve their society.

It takes less attempt to address beautiful plan for the future than contemplate what can be

practically achieved. No two societies are identical so as to adopt the same blueprint in

coping with problems.� Without resources for all natural, financial and responsibility values

toward society, it would be impossible for us to sustain ourselves, even in this generation.���
